Don't be fooled

A gentleman recently presented himself at the Hotel's Front Desk claiming to be a reporter with the Los Angeles times Magzine and asked for acomplimentary room because he was doing a story on the Island.

We double checked with the proper uthorities and found out that they had no one under the name working on any projects for the Island. When we aproached the guy, he said we misunderstood and he was a freelance writer that was planning to sell the article to the magazine and he would include the hotel in it.

I just told him "leave the property or I would call the cops". He just gave me a nervous laugh and left the Hotel.

Seriously, I don't think I would ever be capable of doing something like this. Anyways, I guess we all think differently.
